3. If a device is full of Stun and you do not have tools to repair it, you may beat it into working again, each attempt turns one Stun into Kill damage and difficulty is the total amount of Stun Damage. The device will continue working for one factor of the repair time.
4. Repair times are divided in half.
5. After inspecting a machine you get a MD to make the recipient believe anything you say about the device. Just hope he doesn’t get a second opinion.

possibly, the best bargain in the game.)
